Your connections, explained
Privacy policy
Augi's Access is a privately operated OpenClaw personal assistant maintained by Caesar Sengupta. This policy describes the Google connections enabled for that assistant and this public information website. The application is for personal use and is not available for public registration.
Information accessed
The application accesses data only through connections and permissions its user authorizes. Depending on the enabled connection, that may include:
- Account identity: the Google account identifier and email address used to associate a connection with the correct account.
- Google Tasks: task lists, titles, notes, due dates, and completion status. Tasks access can allow creating, updating, completing, and deleting tasks.
- Gmail, when enabled: read-only access to messages, relevant message metadata, and settings allowed by the Gmail read-only scope. This connection does not authorize sending, modifying, or deleting email.
- Google Calendar, when enabled: calendars, availability, and event details within the separately granted permissions. Calendar permissions may allow changes to events and calendars as shown on Google's consent screen.
Listing an optional connection here does not enable it or grant access. Google's consent screen identifies the permissions requested for each authorization.
How information is used
Connected Google data is used to provide requested personal-assistant functions, such as managing tasks, summarizing email, answering questions, preparing personal briefings, and assisting with scheduling. Relevant information may appear in assistant replies, conversation history, and operational records.
AI processing and service providers
This assistant is self-hosted, but it is not an entirely local AI system. Relevant prompts and Google-derived content may be sent to configured AI providers, including Anthropic and Google, to produce assistant responses. The provider used can depend on the assistant configuration and available fallback models. Processing and retention by each provider depend on the service and account settings in use.
Assistant responses may be delivered through the user's configured messaging channels, including Telegram and WhatsApp. The hosting provider, DigitalOcean, supports the assistant infrastructure and backups. These services may process the information necessary to provide their functions.
Storage and retention
OAuth refresh tokens are stored on the assistant host in its credential storage, separately from this public website. Google-derived information may be stored in assistant conversation history, working files, logs, or backups. This policy does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed interval. Removing a live record does not necessarily remove copies in backups or provider systems.
Control, revocation, and deletion
The user can revoke Google access at any time through Google Account third-party connections. Revocation prevents further access through that grant, but it does not automatically erase previously stored assistant history or backups.
To disconnect a local credential or request deletion of stored Google-derived content, contact the operator at caesars@sendari.ai. Deletion must account for assistant history, working files, and any relevant backups; service-provider copies remain subject to the provider's applicable controls and retention terms.
This information website
This site is hosted on Vercel and uses Cloudflare for domain services. It contains no Google sign-in flow, credential collection, tracking scripts, or application analytics. Hosting and domain providers may process ordinary request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and secure the website. Google account content and OAuth tokens are not sent to this information site by the assistant.
